Next to a café and a theater in the hills of San Marcos, a Little Bitty Farm is healing the Earth. Farmer Luis grows food to reconnect with the land and the way of his ancestors. Luis grows fruits and vegetables to make you healthier, but that’s not all! He also makes the soil healthier, which helps it trap carbon in the ground to make the air we breathe healthier too.
