“Home Ec is an indie kitchen shop founded by Carynn Pinckney on April 1, 2019. We sell cookbooks, pantry goods and kitchen tools.

Our products are sourced with equity and community in mind and we are proud of every item on our shelves. We love working with other small businesses and educating our customers with personalized product expertise.

We highlight local businesses and foster a thriving community of food people. With pop-ups, we host local chefs and creatives in our space to share their work with the community. We also act as a pickup point/hub for other small food & bev businesses in our area.” -Home Ec

2.  Finalize Your Pick Up Location: 

Select Kensington (Home Ec)

There is a $2 pickup fee for this site. No fee is charged at our hub location in City Heights.

3.  Select your subscription size (5 item or 10 item) and cadence (weekly or every other week)

4.  Decide if you want to add an egg subscription.

Once you finalize your subscription, you'll receive a follow up email with all the details you'll need to know.
